Largely consumers are unaware of how much money and plastic they are wasting with an inefficient pallet wrapping method. Tonnes and tonnes of unnecessary plastic waste accumulates in landfill each year due to old fashion and inefficient pallet wrapping.

 

Very few know how much plastic they use to wrap each pallet. It is also often unknown how much pallets can be wrapped with one roll of stretch wrap. There is a focus on the cost per roll rather than its yield. The common perception of stretch film is that thicker film is stronger. The industry has been stagnant, stretch film was previously only available in 20 to 25 micron thickness with very low stretch yield and strength.

The Omni Pallet Wrapping Solution was developed to reduce carbon footprint and cost of wrapping pallets for benefit our clients and the environmental. This ‘Perfect Solution’ is achieved through the combination of Omni Pallet Wrapping Machines and Omni Stretch Films.

 

Through cutting edge resin advancements, we have developed high-performance films that are less than half the micron of conventional films with far superior stretch yield and puncture resistance Used in conjunction with the Omni Wrapper’s unique Power-Pre-stretch technology, our films have a stretch yield up to 400%. The holding force of Omni’s reinforced stretch wrap is 60% more than convention meaning less rotation are required to secure the load. As a result, the amount of film required per pallet wrapped is guaranteed to be reduced by 50%.
