Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using multiple shipping / freight partners. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Before processing your order we will arrange the most efficient and cost effective despatch method available. Once we confirm this freight charge with you we will then process your order.
Standard Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Depending on your location within Australia allow for extra time for shipping. We do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 764 963 to enquire about a special order.
Next Day Delivery Service
This service is available across all areas on all stocked items.All orders placed before 5.00pm are delivered as next day delivery unless a special request is made. All orders placed after 5.00pm each working day are processed the following working day for the next day delivery.
Same Day Delivery Service
This service is available across all metropolitan areas on all stocked items. Freight costs will be advised.
Same Day Express Delivery Service

9.00am – All orders placed by this time are delivered before 12.00pm
12.00pm – All orders placed by this time are delivered before 4.00pm
This is provided orders agree with our payment terms and that the product is in stock.
Customer Service Policy
AAA Packaging Supplies is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to
re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of you the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive in a timely manner allowing for freight carriers normal delivery time frames to your address. If an order does not arrive please inform us. Once we learn an order has not arrived within the approximate delivery time frame, we will lodge enquiries with the freight provider to search for the order. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, but will seek compensation on your behalf, for orders which do not arrive at all.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery by a freight provider or AAA Packaging Supplies does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. If you receive a product that you believe is significantly not as described please contact us. After discussing the issue with us we will at our discretion refund your money after the return of the product/s. It will be your responsibility to return the item/s back to our address (at your cost, unless we are at, and have acknowledged, fault) in their original condition before a refund will be issued. Any item that we intentionally sell damaged, will be clearly marked as such.
Pricing Policy
All product prices listed within this website are ‘Exclusive of GST’. A minimum $100 order excluding GST and freight is required for processing. All transactions undertaken through this website are processed in AUD.
We accept the following credit card payments from : Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note a 3% Surcharge will be applied to all American Express transactions. A copy of your tax invoice will either be sent with your goods or it may be posted.
